Getting Started
Edit user parameters
Here is the in screen to setup the the user parameters.

Status
At first, the user can check his mailbox status: how many emails are in the mailbox,
and how many are still unseen.
The mailbox quota depend of the Plan you choose at subscription time.
If required, Emailgency provide a VIP mailbox extension to increase the quota up to 4Go.
If the the mailbox usage become too close of the allowed quota,
Emailgency will automatically reduce the email expiration delay
accordingly to expire oldest emails and free some space.
Distribution list
Users can consult the list of distribution list in witch it is involved ! Users cannot alter the list. Only administrators can manage distribution lists.
Email forwarding
Any user can forward their emails to the address he want. He can also keep a copy on his Emailgency server for later use.
Change password
This is the place where the user but also administrators can change the user password. Take care of our password policy !
Email expiration delay
Emailgency keep your emails for a limited period of time. The default value is the maximum period allowed by your subscription. If required Emailgency will decrease this time to match the quota constraint. Depending on your need, you can tweak this value yourself.
Tools
If you are experiencing problems with your imap client or our webmail interface: emails disappearing, or problems to access some of them, you can try to rebuild the indexes of your mailbox ourself by clicking the Reconstruct button.
Administrator view
Administrators can tweak some more parameters.

VIP mailbox
VIP Extensions can be bought to extend Mailbox.
Extensions can then be allocated to mailboxes
SMTP deny
If an account is suspect of sending SPAM, administrator can stop the abuse by denying the SMTP relaying feature without preventing the user to access his emails.
