Subscription (step by step)

Before to start the subscription process you need to have access to one of the authorized approver email address for the domain you want to register. This is to make the proof you are an authorized administrator for this domain.

Valid addresses are:

• info@yourdomain
• postmaster@yourdomain
• root@yourdomain
• administrator@yourdomain

Now, let us show you the entire subscription process.

Enter your domain name

Open your web browser at this address https://front.emailgency.com/eg/subscribe

Fill in the form with your domain name and a promotional code if you have one. Then click the Next link

Choose an approver email address

Choose an approver email address, solve the C.A.P.T.C.H.A, then click the Send mail link to receive your registration code.

Retrieve your registration code

Open the mailbox of your approver address and copy the registration code from the sent email.

For convenience, we also provide a link a the end of the email to the next dialog box.

Validate your registration code

Fill in the validation form with the correct registration code.

Then click Validate to go to the account form.

Fill in your account information

All the fields are required !

You need to provide 4 email addresses: 2 addresses inside your domain, and 2 external addresses, not hosted by your mail server.
Use these addresses to communicate with us about your account.
The 2 last addresses will be useful when your server encounters problems !
These addresses are authorized in the password recovery procedure.

Click Sign to finish the procedure.

Congratulation

The subscription process take about 20s to create your account before to show you the congratulation screen.

DNS configuration

One last step before to enjoy your subscription, is to configure your DNS MX pointer.

Click on our assistant link to display our recommendations. Send these instructions to your DNS administrator !

First login

As soon as your account is created, and before to wait for the DNS configuration, you can login and create your mailbox account. Your login is your domain name !
